Hey! Kylie Cipolla here! Or you can call me Cipollina, as some do (It’s Italian for “little onion”). I am an NYU-trained LA-based actress, singer, and dancer. Although I’m a “valley girl” by technicality, having been born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, I don’t identify as such. They say not to spend too much time in New York that you get too hard, but also not to spend too much time in LA that you get too soft. As someone with a cheery, innocent (often mistaken or naive) demeanor, the seven years I spent in New York did wonders for my sharp wit and swashbuckling.
I started my career in theatre where I starred in an original off-off-Boadway play. However, I’ve recently shifted my focus to screen acting. I’ve starred in multiple Jay Shetty shorts films with over 2 million views. I’ve also been doing a lot of indie short films and I recently won the “Best Acting Duo” award at the In The Cut Film Festival.
Overall, I’m a petite, Italian gal with many passions. A former Pilates-instructor and Level 1 Sommelier, I love staying active and I’m always the one people hand the wine menu to at restaurants. I also enjoy fashion, sewing, and painting. Oh! And if anyone has a guitar, can they play some Kacey Musgraves for me to sing along to?
